We got our start in the contact center world back when it was a complicated endeavor to integrate premise based CRM and Voice platforms. Anthony Uliano, our founder and CTO, saw the difficulties companies had when trying to leverage the benefits of screen pop and embedded soft phone controls back in 1995 and decided there had to be a better way.
Similarly to the origin story of AMC, a few years ago we noticed customer needs expanding into cloud-based CPaaS and that there was a gap in a contact center integration solutions for on-premise, cloud and hybrid applications simultaneously, so we rolled up our sleeves.
In 2018 we excitedly launched DaVinci, the industry’s first and only cloud based contact center platform with pre-built apps for integrating CRM/CSM platforms with today’s best of breed communication channels.
