I registered for a user but was denied access, why?
Only organizations that have purchased Contact Canvas licenses can receive a user to download software and write reviews. Anyone can browse and read reviews though. If you were denied access in error please email us at appgallery@amctechnology with your customer id and we’ll be happy to give you access.
Who can download from the Contact Canvas App Gallery?
Organizations that have purchased Contact Canvas licenses may download software from the Contact Canvas App Gallery.
I do not know my username and password, how can I get it?
You will need to register first – http://www.contactcanvas.com/wp-login.php?action=register. If you have already registered and have not received an email with your user information email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you with access.
How do I create a review?
You have to be logged in to create a review. Once you have logged in you can navigate to the product you’d like to create a review for and click on the button that says “Click here to submit your review”. Note that you can share as much or as little personal/professional information as you’d like.

What is the difference between a driver and adapter?
A driver connects to the communication platform – like Avaya, Cisco or Aspect.
The adapter connects to the business application – like Salesforce, SAP or Microsoft Dynamics.
How do I download the latest hotfix?
Hotfixes or patches to Contact Canvas cannot be downloaded at this time. Please contact AMC Support if you are having an issue that needs to be addressed offcycle.

How do I get a license key?
Permanent/Subscription Product License keys are provided upon receipt of payment. Default temporary licenses are good for 30 days upon installation. You can also contact AMC Support for assistance with any additional licenses for adapters if you already have Contact Canvas licenses.

The Contact Canvas API is not yet available to the public.
